Shipping policy

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of said order.

We cannot guarantee specific delivery days or times.

It is essential that you provide the telephone number and postcode for the delivery address. 

If you have an address which is difficult to locate, please give concise instructions which we will pass on to our couriers.

Please make sure you provide a valid email address, as we will use this for all communication with you.

We will not be liable for non delivery of goods in the event that the courier has made sufficient attempts at delivery. As this is a chilled product it must be delivered within a certain time frame.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline to supply to any customer for whatever reason.
